The correctness and integrity of the MLS data is very important to everyone. For example, putting contact information in the Public Remarks can keep another member from sending an Active listing to a prospect; a missing photograph of a listed property may affect the marketability.

Please use this page to report any Rules and Regulations violations and/or Policies and Procedures issues that you might see on a particular MLS Listing. All submissions are confidential. We require the inclusion of your MLS ID and a valid email address in case we need to contact you.

Fill in the MLS Number and Property Address of the listing and place a check next to the applicable violation box(es). If you see more than one listing that has a violation, please report each one separately. The MLS Department will research the listing for compliancy and will only contact the Listing Agent or Office for correction.
